Six MMA branches across Bangalore — Whitefield to Jalahalli — running on scattered tools and manual signups. Coaches were doing admin instead of coaching, and nobody could see who was training where. A serious academy, invisible and disorganised online.
What we did
- Built a bold, dark website worthy of a fight academy — every branch with its own page, hours, address and map.
- Replaced the paper-and-WhatsApp chaos with one custom platform for memberships, class schedules and free-trial signups across all six locations.
- Wired every enquiry into a follow-up workflow so a trial request never dies in someone's inbox.

When someone in Bangalore looks for a place to learn Muay Thai or BJJ, they find a professional operation, not a phone number on a poster.
